- A mixture of a teaspoon each of honey, milk powder and lemon juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil should be applied on the face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes before washing it off. This will make the skin lighter and make it shine.
- To get lighter skin, apply a paste of ground fresh mint leaves on the skin. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing it with cold water. Do this for 15 days.
- If you think you are starting to have wrinkles under the eyes, apply egg white on the skin under the eyes. Wash it after a few minutes.
- Eat slowly to digest the food better and to avoid eating more than your body needs.
- This is very basic yet many fail to do it. Drink 8 glasses of water a day to make you healthy and to help lose weight.
