Natural Remedies

  1. A mixture of a teaspoon each of honey, milk powder and lemon juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil should be applied on the face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes before washing it off. This will make the skin lighter and make it shine.
  2. To get lighter skin, apply a paste of ground fresh mint leaves on the skin. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing it with cold water. Do this for 15 days.
  3. If you think you are starting to have wrinkles under the eyes, apply egg white on the skin under the eyes. Wash it after a few minutes.
  4. Eat slowly to digest the food better and to avoid eating more than your body needs.
  5. This is very basic yet many fail to do it. Drink 8 glasses of water a day to make you healthy and to help lose weight.
